This enables us to give each individual attention while helping to build a community of lifters and movers. Of course, if you feel you want or need more focused 1:1 attention, that option is always available.

The program that is going to take over the world!

It’s about the having and not needing, over the needing and not having. It brings us back to the primal need of survival. Can you run when needed? Can you fight when running isn’t an option? Do you have the strength both physically and mentally to achieve whatever is required to survive?

We have spent over a year designing and perfecting our flagship program. EVERYTHING the human body was designed to do, is worked, improved and tested:

We use barbells, bodyweight, gymnastic rings, martial arts, kettlebells, macebells and movement in a program designed to test and push the body & mind in a way different to any other program.

Based on the martial arts principles of self-improvement, we remove the need to compete against others and put the focus on competing against your biggest opponent… YOU!

We challenge you to face the uncomfortable until it becomes comfortable. Progress can never be achieved in the safe zone.

Just like martial arts award belts in recognition of the standard you have achieved, we award our exclusive Free Range Human T-shirts to all of our graduates. Each t-shirt earned is symbolic of another step in the journey to achieving the elusive BLACK T-shirt and becoming recognised as a FRH Ninja!

Strength Culture Physique


Strength Culture Physique is the ULTIMATE transformation program.

This program is so exclusive, we only run it twice a year and you must apply and meet the strict requirements to be accepted.

It isn’t cheap and it isn’t for everyone, but if you are SERIOUS about getting in shape then this is the program for you.

12 weeks, 5 days a week; it is the only program that builds you physically and mentally.

We show you it is possible to create a new you.

We all determine what we believe we can achieve based on our past experiences, the SCP shows you that these experiences do not need to determine your future. This is about more than building muscle, it’s about removing the barriers in your head that are preventing you from becoming the best possible version of you.

Wonder Woman Workout


When you visit Primal, you can’t help notice our obsession with all things comic book related.  So it made sense for us to name at least one of our programs after a character and what better one to choose than Wonder Woman.

Our female only strength program is designed to turn each and every graduate into a real life Wonder Woman.  We don’t just want you looking amazing, we want you to be amazing.

Semi Private PT


Personal training is the most effective way of achieving your fitness goals the only downside is it’s costly.

An effective solution for this is semi-private training, where up to four people come together to be trained in a small group. The immediate advantage of this is the cost. Four people sharing the cost makes PT a lot more affordable while the numbers are kept small enough to ensure everyone gets focused one to one attention on technique and programming.

Another advantage is the group itself. As you begin training together, you will find yourself more motivated to attend and train to the best of your abilities because of the energy found within the group.

Lastly is accountability. When you miss a session, you are not only letting yourself and the coach down but also your group members who will have come to rely on you to help them through a session.

1:1 Coaching


This is purely about you! We look at how you move, how you look, what your goals are and from there we design a program tailored to you. It isn’t cheap but it is highly effective.
