Personal Training

For some people, attending a group training session may be too overwhelming, or perhaps you have a specific goal you are after. If this is the case then PT may be the best option for you. The one-to-one attention of personal training means you get the coach's undivided attention and the sessions are tailor made for your fitness goals.

It's easy to fall into a workout rut, doing the same workouts over and over. Not only is this boring but it can also lead to weight loss plateaus, overuse injuries, and burnout.

You need accountability

Your trainer will probably ask about your week, wanting to know if you did your workouts and how your eating plan is going. Knowing that you'll have to report in can make you less likely to skip your workouts.

Tailored sessions

Our trainers will know who is new in a class or who is more advanced and will demonstrate different moves for everyone, and at the end of the day you are always totally in control of your own workout.
