I joined Primal’s 12 week kettlebell and bodyweight programme online. let me start by saying it has been life changing for me, from someone who was what I would call a fast food junkie to consciously making better choices and training 3 times a week consistently.
This was amazing for me as it gave me the push to do it from the online group to Pol holding me accountable. Granted I tried to hide behind silly reasons for not eating vegetables or healthier but after a day or two or so Pol saw through this, and called me out and hit me with a few hard truths. (Ones i didn’t like hearing but needed to badly). 
I would highly recommend primal to anyone looking not only to get in shape but to change there mindset and their lifestyle. This programme has changed my entire outlook on the gym work and on lifestyle choices alongside investing in myself. We pay for car insurance and pay all out these sorts of things to look after our property but do we ever invest in our own future or put the money into ourselves.
Top Quality Coaching Online with instructional videos and daily feedback if and when needed. I could write a book about how good the programme, Pol and Primal has been for me but will leave it with, go for it, invest in yourself and watch your life change for the better

Guys Primal is simply a great gym.

Personally I was getting tired of unstructured gym sessions and often went through periods of over training or under training and often spent more time on the muscles that looked good than the ones that I needed or I found difficult to exercise.

At Primal all the sessions are aimed at improving your whole body and the sessions are kept varied and change regularly to keep it all fresh.

And of course there is a good crowd of people there, all with the same goals – to be fitter in mind and body.

When I joined Primal in January, I was 53 going on 70. This was another annual New Year Resolution to get fitter. This is the first time it’s lasted more than 4 weeks …
7 months and still going! In that time i’ve dropped 1 and a half stone and a couple of waist sizes. I’m even feeling young again .

All down to great advice, great coaching and varied training programs that keep up the interest and the motivation. Totally recommend it to anyone.

By far the most advanced training environment I’ve experienced. The knowledge of the staff extends well beyond the norm with methods used pushing past conventional training. The skill set and experience of the team is superior to most, if not all, gyms in the area. As a journalist I will always call on the expertise of Pól for commentary on any health and fitness-focused editorials that I put together. Definitely recommend regardless of your fitness levels.

As soon as I arrived in primal all fears where put at ease. The guys at primal made everyone relax and i found a place I enjoyed getting up to go to (even at 6am). Pol and the team are excellent at what they do. The guidance and support offered is second to none. The free range humans is unbelievable value for money. Full of like minded people that are there to work hard for an hour every morning. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Primal is not your ordinary gym. It’s extremely extraordinary!
After 2 back surgeries they took the time to assess and really think what I needed personally. Back to basics in movement, progressing through to weights and now I’m capable of most things. Always made me like I was in safe hands and explained the ‘why’ rather than just the ‘how’. Which really builds needed confidence. They not only strengthen your physical game but realise how much your mental game counts also. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Love primal and all they promote. xxxxx

I joined Primal 3/4 months ago having been in multiple gyms in Belfast and Lisburn over the years. There nothing wrong with other gyms but my fitness / strength never really changed. I had heard great reports about Primal and thought I would give it a go – it hasn’t disappointed. I joined the Free Range Humans 06:00am group and now benefit from great training from Kaya Pol and Lewis. Have been really pushed and since then my mobility and strength has really improved. Working in a small group to you benefit from support and encouragement from fellow members.Why else would you want to get up for a 6:00am class?! Top marks Primal

Primal is much more than a gym, it’s a community. I train at Primal in the mornings before going to work and it really sets me up for the day. I feel great. I was in a bad way at the beginning and the coaches really helped me. They have some of the best coaches in the country and they put everything in place for me to succeed. All i needed to do was show up, listen and commit. I did and the results have been astounding. It’s been a real life changing experience for me. Great private shower facilities too and if you’re nice they might make you a great cup of coffee. I can’t recommend Primal enough
