The fitness industry loves to prey on women, pointing out their flaws in the hope of pulling on their insecurities and having them feel that their only hope of feeling better is by signing up to their “miracle fat loss program.”

In Primal we refuse to do this because we know they don’t work!
They are a short term fix to a long term problem. We don’t focus your attention to how much weight or inches you have lost as we know that does not define you as a woman.

Instead we help you empower yourself through lifting weights and improving your health. We show you how this should be your focus and through this, fat loss and a lean, strong body will follow as a byproduct of your efforts.

Through our programming and guidance you will enhance the strong, confident, beautiful woman you already are and learn how to grow in strength both in body and mind.
